Terms of Service 

Program ‘Building From The Inside Out’ 

READ BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE PROGRAM PROPRIETARY INCLUDING ANY AUDIO AND/OR VISUAL PRESENTATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM ‘BUILD YOUR BUSINESS FROM THE INSIDE OUT’ BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PROGRAM(S), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• YOU UNDERSTAND IT
• YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS

This Agreement is a legal contract between Vision Aligns, located in the Netherlands, and the Client, where Vision Aligns is engaged in the business of Business Mentoring and Client Coaching Services, and you desire to engage Vision Aligns to provide personal coaching and evaluation. The Parties agree as follows:

Section 1: Membership and Program Fees

1.1. Programs: Under the terms of this Agreement, Vision Aligns agrees to provide business training services to you a.o. in the form of personal coaching and evaluation in exchange for a Program Fee. Progression between Programs will occur automatically, and Program Fees will be determined according to paragraph 1.2. below. Your access to such Programs is made conditional on payment of such Program Fee.

The program is an online course (unless otherwise agreed) which includes:

• Access to one of the tracks from the program Build your Business From The Inside Out 
• 1:1 support calls online or live coaching

1.1.2. Term: The Term of this Agreement will commence upon your acceptance of thisAgreement and payment of the applicable Program Fee. 

Cancellation of planned sessions can be made free of charge 48 hours prior to the session, which can be rescheduled. If less than 48 hours, 100% of the session cost will be charged to the Client and an extra session can be planned for an extra Session Fee Fee. 

1.2. Program Fees: By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that you are committing to pay the full Program Fee upfront before access to the program, or you have agreed to a pay in instalments, of which you will continue to pay until the full Program Fee is paid, starting the first instalment before Session 1. 

1.3. Promotional Materials: By accepting and confirming the terms of this Agreement you agree and acknowledge that Vision Aligns may reproduce and/or distribute one or more testimonials that are in your own words, reformulated, or otherwise refer, either directly or indirectly, to your experience participating in the program.

1.4 Session calls: If held in a private group format, calls shall be recorded but not shared to existing and future clients in the private group. All private material shall be kept confidential within the private group. If held in a 1:1 format, calls will not be recorded besides the intake. All information in the Sessions will be kept confidential. 

Section 2: Warranties 

2.1. Success not Guaranteed: By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that Vision Aligns provides a Program related to mentoring only and guarantees no specific results. You take full responsibility for your own success.

2.2. Limited Liability: In no event will Vision Aligns be liable to you or any party related to any personal or business damages. 

2.3 Refund Policy: No (partial) refunds will be issued unless the client is not able to proceed with the program due to long lasting illness (>1 year) or in the unfortunate situation of the client passing away (before ending the program).  

Section 3: Confidentiality

3.1. Confidentiality: Only authorized users who have duly obtained access to any Programs offered by Vision Aligns by personally agreeing to the terms of this Agreement are permitted to use and participate in the Program. You shall not provide, teach, or make available the content or any login member credentials to any third party, and will use the Program only for the purpose of educating yourself.

3.2 Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that any audio and/or visual presentations, documentation, and other elements of the Program are the sole Intellectual Property of Vision Aligns under Dutch copyright and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. 

Section 4: Miscellaneous

4.1. Non-transferability: The rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal to you. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement.

4.2. Indemnification: You will, at your own expense, defend, indemnify, and hold Vision Aligns, its agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, grants, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with any use of the Program(s) of this Agreement.

4.3. Integration: This Agreement, along with any additional terms or policies incorporated herein by reference, represents the entire Agreement between you and Vision Aligns concerning the Program.

4.4. Amendment: Vision Aligns reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend this Agreement from time to time by posting an updated version of the Agreement at www.visionaligns.com.

4.5. Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. The venue for any dispute shall be in Castricum, Netherlands.

BY PURCHASING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS.
